How do I access my Aspects of Auslan subscription?
Log in to your account via the COURSE LOGIN menu button. After typing your username and password, your account dashboard will appear. Scroll down the page to see all the courses you are currently enrolled in.
I've watched a video but it is still not being marked as complete, now what?
Make sure that you watch the video in its entirety ie let the video play all the way to the very end. The grey MARK AS COMPLETE button should then automatically change to green. If not, get in touch and we can correct that for you.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can. Log in to your account, go to your account dashboard page, then find Subscriptions on the menu. After you have clicked on the Subscriptions button your subscription order should appear with options to cancel or renew.
Can I change my monthly subscription to yearly?
Yes you can. Simply cancel the monthly subscription and then purchase the yearly subscription.
